Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label which includes the necessary tracking information for your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your RevAir device and accessories in the original box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
